This policy explains what information Cypress AgriTech ("Cypress," "we," "us") collects through cypressagritech.com, how we use it, and the choices you have — including the cookie choice available at the bottom of every page.
Information you give us directly. When you submit the Request a Site Assessment, Contact, or newsletter signup forms, we collect what you enter — typically name, email, phone, company, property type or industry, and any details you write in. We use this to respond to your inquiry, schedule a walkthrough, or send the newsletter you signed up for.
Information collected automatically. If you accept cookies via the banner on this site, we use HubSpot's analytics and CRM tracking to see which pages you viewed, and to connect that browsing history to your contact record once you submit a form or subscribe. If you reject cookies, this tracking script never loads and no analytics cookie is set.
We use one category of non-essential cookie: analytics/CRM tracking through HubSpot, which is only set if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, which re-opens the banner.
We also use browser local storage (not a cookie) to remember if you've dismissed the newsletter popup, so it doesn't reappear right away. This is strictly functional and isn't used for tracking.
